What can I offer your families
Throughout my working life, my roles have always been people focused, and as such, I have strong listening and communication skills. I'm accustomed to working under pressure, in an organised and professional manner. I'm known for having a warm and compassionate manner, and a natural empathy for others. Vocally, my voice is soft yet clear, and I'm a confident presenter. I believe in a smart appearance and conducting myself in a professional, discreet manner. My aim is to bring comfort and support to the families I support, and credibility and confidence to the Funeral Directors I represent.

I'm driven by fulfilling the needs and wishes of the families I work with, leaving them with joyful memories of their loved one which they can carry forward into their future. I also believe in the depths of grief, there is comfort in rediscovering a life that has been lived.
